I’m sixteen, and i think the people are nice, they do a great job, and they love to explain what they’re doing. Any questions i had, they answered in a way easy to understand, and if i had a concern, they listened, then fixed it. I rarely had to wait- even if i got there early or late! I highly recommend them for braces!
