Dr. Pollei came recommended to us from another parent. Dr. Pollei was so kind. He didn’t just come in and talk teeth. He was very personable and developed a relationship with all of my daughters (not just the patient). He showed a genuine interest in what their activities were and continued the conversation as he began to discuss the teeth and braces. He answered all of my daughter’s questions about what to expect and let her know what would be expected of her to be able to take care of the braces. He explained thoroughly what problems needed to be fixed, how long the process would take and what the plan would be. She left excited about getting the braces. And we left knowing we had found the best orthodontist!
